Deborah Daquila - Owner, and Women’s Design Specialist

After living outside Paris for almost a year, Deborah returned home to pursue a life long passion in hair design.  She has been traveling to France for over eighteen years and continues to go every year to learn new trends and techniques. Deborah has also trained in New York, Washington D.C. and Toronto. Mainly her education was from the Jacques Dessange School of Paris where they teach how to choose each style and color based on bone structure, height, skin tone, and quality and texture of hair.

Danielle Daquila-Owner, Men’s Color/Design and Junior Women’s Technician

The daughter part of the mother daughter duo started out with a degree in Marketing from Robert Morris University and began as the business developer of the salon. Soon her love of fashion persuaded her to take on male clientele who have been overlooked in the industry for years. As a licensed barber, she has taken classes under an Italian Master Barber in straight razoring and her mother Deborah in Dessange design. She also does old fashioned straight razor face shaves. Danielle has returned from Paris where she attended a women’s cut and color class in fall/winter trends.

Trina Heimbach- Women’s Color and Design Specialist

Trina has over ten years of styling experience and continues her renowned training in New York and Paris. On her recent trip to the Jacques Dessange School in Paris with Deborah, she studied new cut and color styles and brought the loose messy wave back from Europe to the stylish women in Pittsburgh. Trina also does artistic one of a kind up-dos and special occasion styles.

Joyce Pospychala- Esthetician

Joyce has been performing facials, waxing, and sugaring for thirteen years. She has trained for skin care in Paris, New York for makeup, and Canada for sugaring. Joyce is one of few trained technicians for sugaring in the area. “Sugaring is different from wax, it removes the whole hair follicle which makes it last longer than waxing. Over a period of time it will kill some of the follicles resulting in diminished hair growth” she quotes.  Joyce offers lash extensions as well, adding individual false lashes to your real ones, the look is thick, full, dark lashes.

Denna Clark- Color and Design Specialist

Denna has over nine years of experience in the industry. She studied at both the Aveda Academy and Paul Mitchell Academy. Daquila Hair Color Studio welcomed her on board in February of 07'. She immediately trained along side Danielle Daquila to learn the French Balyage technique taught at the Paris Jacques Dessange School.Denna combines her previous training with new training to provide a classic and updated look for her clients. Her extensive prodcut knowledge of the salons organic Pureology line ensures clients can duplicate their salon look.
